Food packaging boxes must meet three core standards:
1. Hygiene Standards: GB 4806.1-2016 specifies limits for migration (e.g., lead ≤ 1 mg/kg), and food-grade inks must be used (FDA 21 CFR certified);
2. Barrier Properties: Water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) ≤ 5 g/m²·24h (GB/T 1037), oxygen transmission rate (OTR) ≤ 15 cm³/m²·24h·0.1 MPa;
3. Physical Indicators: Load-bearing strength ≥ 3 times the product weight (GB/T 4857.3), and sealing performance must pass a negative pressure test (-80 kPa for 1 minute without leakage).
