A: Payment can be made via bank transfer (company to company) or wire transfer (T/T). For customized orders, a deposit is required (deposit percentage negotiable), and we will arrange shipment immediately after the balance is settled. Standard product orders require full payment before shipment.

A: Our service process follows a principle of combining standardization and personalization, specifically as follows:
1. Consultation and Communication: Clients inquire about product specifications, customization needs, and quotations via email, online platforms, etc.
2. Needs Confirmation: We prepare a solution based on the client's needs, and both parties confirm key information such as product parameters, price, and delivery date.
3. Contract Signing: After reaching a cooperation agreement, a formal foreign trade contract is signed, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties.
4. Payment Arrangement: The client pays a deposit or payment as stipulated in the contract.
5. Production: Upon receiving payment, the factory organizes production according to the confirmed plan.
6. Inspection and Delivery: After production is completed, the client can arrange inspection. After passing inspection, we deliver the goods according to the agreed method.
7. After-sales Follow-up: After product delivery, we follow up on the client's usage and promptly handle after-sales issues.

A: If you find the product damaged upon receipt, please take photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging as evidence immediately and contact our after-sales personnel within 48 hours. We will verify the cause of the damage based on the extent of the damage. If it's due to a production or packaging issue on our end, we will provide you with a replacement, return, or appropriate compensation solution. If the damage was caused by logistics and transportation, we will assist you in holding the logistics company accountable and negotiating a solution.
