• Raw material inspection: All raw materials such as paper and ink undergo quality testing before warehousing to ensure they meet production standards and customer requirements;
• Production process quality control: Professional quality inspectors patrol each stage of production to promptly correct production deviations and prevent defective products from entering the next process;
• Finished product sampling inspection: Finished products undergo sampling inspection according to industry standards before leaving the factory. Inspection items include dimensional accuracy, printing effect, and folding endurance. Only products that pass the sampling inspection are shipped;
• Qualification guarantee: The factory follows relevant quality system specifications to ensure standardized and regulated production processes.

A: Our standard payment policy is payment in advance followed by shipment. In international trade cooperation, we primarily use wire transfer (T/T) as the payment method. Specific payment ratios and payment schedules can be further negotiated with the client based on order size, cooperation model, and other factors.

A: The delivery date will be adjusted according to the order quantity and product process. For standard orders, delivery typically takes 10-15 working days. For customized orders involving complex processes or special requirements, the delivery time will be confirmed separately based on the actual situation.
