Designed for the Delivery Journey
Delivery is rough on cakes. There are bumps, stacking, and temperature changes. Our cake boxes for delivery are made for these exact conditions. The box body is thicker than standard boxes. We use high-weight food grade paperboard. The crease lines are reinforced to keep the box stable during transport. The lid has a locking tab that stays closed. It does not pop open easily. This keeps your cake in place inside the delivery bag or on the delivery vehicle. These product are built to protect your products from start to finish.
Our Factory Scale Supports Large Orders
Our factory is located in the Qianku Town Small and Micro Entrepreneurship Park in Cangnan County, Wenzhou. We have a 2,418 square meter standard workshop. All steps from cutting to creasing, laminating, and gluing happen in one connected space. This saves time and reduces material waste. It also makes quality control more direct. We keep the size tolerance very small on every cake boxes for delivery order. Every box fits together perfectly.
We Test for Real-World Strength
We do more than just visual checks. We run weight tests and compression tests on every batch. We simulate the stacking pressure that happens during delivery. Only batches that pass these tests are shipped. This quality control covers every step from raw material arrival to final packing. Many of our export clients tell us that customer complaints about damaged cakes drop significantly after they switch to our cake boxes for delivery. We take the hard work out of cake transport.
